CHAPIE PREVENTS LIP BALMS FROM MELTING, BUT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE IT WILL PREVENT MELTING IN EXTREME CONDITIONS. SEVERAL FACTORS CAN BE ATTRIBUTED TO MELTING SUCH AS THE TYPE OF LIP PRODUCT, THE OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE, IN SHADE OR DIRECT SUNLIGHT, AND DURATION OF HEATING; CARS CAN BE ESPECIALLY CHALLENGING IN THE SUMMER. AT THE LEAST, IF YOUR LIP BALM DOES MELT INSIDE THE CHAPIE, THE MESS WILL BE CONTAINED INSIDE THE LEAKPROOF CONTAINER. WE ARE WORKING EVERY DAY TO IMPROVE THE CAPABILITIES OF CHAPIE.

While Chapie's vacuum-insulated containers ("the Product") are designed to maintain temperature stability, the Company does not guarantee that the internal conditions will be suitable for all types of medications or health-related items, particularly those with strict storage temperature requirements. The stability and effectiveness of medications can vary widely and may be impacted by factors beyond the control of Chapie.

Customers choosing to use the Product for medication storage do so at their own discretion and are advised to consult with a healthcare provider or a qualified medical professional to ensure the Product's suitability for their specific medication's storage requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the temperature stability needs of their medication and to monitor the internal conditions of the Product as necessary.

By using the Product for storing medications, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Chapie, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from such use, including but not limited to, the degradation of medication effectiveness, injury, or death.
